DELIVERY INFORMATION
In line with the latest government guidelines, our picking and packing stations are sanitized regularly and every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. You will receive your order 2 – 14 working days after that. Local orders are dispatched with Courier It, Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy. International orders are dispatch with DHL Express.

DELIVERY COSTS – SOUTH AFRICA
Courier fees are calculated at checkout and we offer free shipping for orders over R1500. If you live far outside a main centre, we may have to deliver to a collection point nearby (e.g. PARGO / Postnet).
DELIVERY COSTS – INTERNATIONAL
Courier fees are calculated at checkout. Any deliveries outside of South Africa will be shipped at your own risk. Delivery costs:
- US$ ORDERS – Courier fees are charged at US$ 75 and we offer free shipping for orders over US$ 300.
- EURO BASED ORDERS – Courier fees are charged at € 60 and we offer free shipping for orders over € 250.
- GBP BASED ORDERS – Courier fees are charged at £ 60 and we offer free shipping for orders over £ 250.
TAXES AND IMPORT COSTS – INTERNATIONAL
If your delivery address is outside South Africa, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the importing country. Any such charges must be borne by you. Customs policies and tax rates vary widely from country to country.
