The Sakura Colour Products Corporation began life not as a pen company, but as a crayon manufacturer. Sakura narrowed their focus to the development of specialised ink technologies – which led to the invention of Pigma ink. Following that, they developed the first gel ink and pen that became known as the Gelly Roll.

The 0.8mm ball gel-ink pen is for smooth writing with very clear ink and constant ink flow from start to finish. No smears, feathers or bleed-through on most papers Standard line width: 0.4mm
