Ring – Assorted Resin Wood L

These rings are made by a brother and sister design duo, Norman and Carin, using waste. Why buy new and contribute to the waste problem, when you can give waste a second life by turning it into something wearable and useful? You’ll find anything from the wood from the tree house the design team had when they were young, to wood shavings from their workshop floor, to used matches, leftovers from their previous projects, paper, steel or beach finds, in their rings.

Unique, one-off, beautiful and personal wearable art. Although they can’t use natural sap which doesn’t cure hard enough, they do reuse resin rings by breaking them down into smaller rings. As a result, each ring ends up being a unique piece of art.
