Sales of these scarves support Lalela, a non-profit arts education programme for at-risk youth in Sub-Saharan Africa. The gorgeous designs have been created using Lalela learners’ original artworks. It is a sustainable cycle of life-changing art.

This artwork was inspired by South African artist Jody Paulsen. The artists looked at iconography from popular culture such as branding, packaging, logos and slogans and re-interpreted them to create a simple pattern that represents youth culture.
